Testosterone Booster - Help!

Hi, I was wondering what you guys think about using a testosterone booster to help with my fitness program. Are their any you recommend? What about Nutrex Vitrix?

Lessons Learned - Please Read

This was taken from a fitness book I am reading that I purchased online…I am not here to promote the book however I wanted to share this tiny exert…here it goes…
If you want to produce a different result, you simply need to try a different approach. One definition of insanity is continuing to do the same thing while expecting a different result. Thomas Edison tried thousands of experiments to find a filament that would burn in the electric light bulb. When asked what it felt like to fail so many times, Edison said he didn’t fail:

“If I find 10,000 ways something won’t work, I haven’t failed. I am not discouraged, because every wrong attempt discarded is another step forward. Just because something doesn’t do what you planned it to do doesn’t mean it’s useless.”

You’re always going to get some kind of results. It’s how you interpret your results that will determine whether you’ll reach your final destination or not.  Like a pilot, or Thomas Edison, you need to gather feedback and change your course the instant you notice you’re not heading in the right direction (while learning in the process).

Making Progress

Well everyone, I have not put up any progress pictures in the past three weeks. I will being posting some this Saturday and I hope to be able to compare and see a small difference. I feel great and I have been working out and doing cardio 5 times a week. I have been attending a "spinning" cycling class two to three times a week. What a great workout!!!!! If you have not tried a spinning class, try one!!!! Have a great and safe Labor Day!

New Progress Picture!

Alright everybody, I just uploaded a new progress picture. There is not a lot of noticeable change because it has only been about two weeks since I started my exercise regime. I find that posting pictures here motivates me to work out harder so I promised myself to post one a week. Any comments????

In other news, today I did cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, it felt GREAT! This afternoon I worked out at L.A. Fitness…chest and back! I am currentlt on Supercharge and Whey Protein. I am also taking fish oil for Omega 3.

I will keep the updates coming! Thanks for all your support!!!!!!

Cardio, Cardio, Cardio!

I did not know how important cardio was for weight loss. I was one of those people that went to the gym and just did weights and maybe a ten minute warm-up prior to weight training.

For the past two weeks I have been doing weight training and cardio. This past week I went to the gym every day for an hour and had incredible workouts (weight training and cardio). I can already see results and I am excited about posting my next progress picture on this Monday. You will be suprised with my results.

Today, upon waking up, on an empty stomach, I went to a local park and ran for 20 minutes. At this park there is a man-made steep hill, which I ran/climb three times. I was exhausted but it felt great!!!!!!!!
Training is about pure commitment and establish truthful goals. My goal is to continue to go to the gym every day for the next two weeks and monitor my results, my long term goal is to be a 17% body fat by Labor Day, which I am currently at 25%.

Fat Burners- Need Help

Alright team, I have been eating right and exercising hard for three weeks now and I feel great. I am currently taking the following supplements: Whey protein, Supercharge (pre-workout), a muilti-vitamin, fish oil, and glutamine. I have taken Lipo 6x before with very little results, however I was not eating right. Can anyone recommend a good, effective, non-ephedra, fat burner?

I use to take the redline drinks a while back and they seem to give me a little jolt. I would like to take something to help me with my efforts on getting lean. I know there is no such thing as a magical pill, however I know there are some great products out there.

Any recommendations from the veterans?

I had a great leg workout today. I paced myself from machine to machine and kept my heart rate up. I was sweating throughout the entire workout and I could feel the pump in my thighs and calves. What a great feeling!!!! I have been going to the gym and doing cardio 5 times a week the past three weeks and I already see results! I would like to thank everyone for their help and support!!! America can be fit!

Recommended Daily Cardio

I was wondering if anyone can recommend the amount of cardio I need to do to get my body fat under 10% considering that I am eating clean. (Eating clean 5 times a day).

I am currently doing half an hour a day, five days a week. My cardio consists of running on the treadmill or around my neighborhood. I try to sprint and walk for about half an hour.
