A Life of Intensity
My attempt at getting to 196lbs is proving a futile attempt. As I continue to build muscle, my weight stabilizes or goes up. The best i can do so far is 200lbs. However, I notice that at 200lbs I start to see good definition and muscle seperation. But I have to be careful not to starve the machine. These days i am also struggling with traveling and work requirements which are throwing off my diet. I had 3 weeks of disrupted workout schedule also, but i am getting back into my grove. Next week I get back to my normal ballistic schedule. Thank goodness.
