Two Workouts a Day?
Monday, June 18th, 2007Here’s my situation…
I can get up and workout in the morning, eat great throughout the day, and by dinner time i feel good enough to workout the same muscles again… there is no soreness, no fatigue… i feel just like i did in the morning. So i do my workout twice and everythings peachy… However im told this is bad and doesnt let my muscles recover enough… is this true? I can do my second workout with the same intensity as the first and lift the same weights as the first. My workouts usually last an hour long. I have also tried simply working out once a day… but it seems like there is too much recovering time… i start to wonder if getting big is simply working out then just chilling by the computer the rest of the day…. any opinions?
