OH MY D.O.M.S
Just had to write another note today cause my hams, glutes and quads are sore and I mean sore enough that if someone touched me I think I will have to knock them out. Considering when I left the gym on Monday feeling like I could have done more, it is a great feeling and hopefully all will be good enough to hit them again on thursday, tomorrow is back, biceps and abs. In about 1 1/2 hours on the bike for 30. See everyone tomorrow. I am starting to really enjoy blogging.
