14 Weeks.
Wednesday, June 25th, 2008So I calculated today that I am 14 wks out from the first competition I would like to do. I now have to plan out my diet and start training harder (not that I haven’t been already).
I sit at 138lbs and would like to get down to atleast 125-128 which means cardio, cardio, cardio. I do not like cardio, has to be done but H-A-T-E it. I figure I will start jogging in the morning before everyone wakes up and before my day gets hectic, it’s been nice out so why not. Three times a week to start more if I can stomach it.
It’s unfortunate that competing cost so much cause I have to budget it in on top of everyday life. One thing though I feel my best in competition mode.
