I feel good today, I took some pics yesterday with the help of my daughter and boyfriend. My 10 year old is really excited about me being in a competition. When I told her she was like "mom, you have to do it". I am realizing that I have a problem with retaining water and now I have to cut my salt intake, great!! I am experimenting with cinnamon, ginger and cayenne pepper on my sweet potatoes and chicken, gives both a little kick and I have been throwing shrimp in the mix cause I can only eat sooo much chicken. I feel not as bloated today(no salt yesterday).
So now I have to pick a song for my evening walk(granted I make it to top 5)….now that’s getting to be hard and then there’s shoes, still have to go pick those up, will do this weekend.My suit fitting I am going to do in a couple of weeks( still have to pick a color). And then there is figuring out a hotel to stay at…..wow lots to do, not a lot of time. There is so much planning and seems like so little time. My best friend is going to be going down to Toronto with me for the IDFA show, she’s been really helpful with alot and we both need a girls weekend away so after the show we will be hitting the town, can’t wait for that.
Anyways enough talk for now, have to get back to work.
