Im sure all of these contributed to an ‘interesting’ workout today. I was a little tired, still feeling sick from all that damn rum n coke I drank last night till about 5am. Also my shoulders were hurting cause of the tattoos I just got on my delts, and every few stretches made my pecs burn a bit. And because I woke up at a weird time I really wasn’t eating consistently. I was pretty hungry going to the gym so I had a yogurt and an apple prior. Oh well, its all my fault and I dont learn my lessons.
In other news, I at least still had a good workout. It wasnt shitty, and it wasnt flat out awesome, but I did not let the fact that I could only bench 100lbs for 16 reps, or squating 180lbs was getting very difficult, or that deadlifting 130lbs was even kicking my ass. Nah, I kept going. I wasn’t wanting to lift heavy today anyway, hungover or not. This was just a little bit weaker than I have seen for a LONG time. So again, those 4 things in the title I am sure contributed to a weak workout. But I still hit it good! Im glad I still went. whole body will be sore tomorrow!
And lastly, I was supposed to leave for florida today, but my buddies decided to leave 1st thing tomorrow morning. So, cools, tomorrow Im headin to florida. YAY!

I love these new ones. And I havent even shown the back yet. I just took these as soon as I got home from the ink work. Yeah, thats why my arms are still a little black from the extra ink.
Like it, hate it, whatever. Its on me, and till the day my body completely decomposes.
Cant wait for the gym tomorrow, but I will be drinkin tonight for many peoples going away ‘party’. I wont drink much cause I got lost to do, but oh well. I took careful considerations today in the calorie intake cause I dont know how many calories the captain n cokes, Im gonna be consuming, have.

So I already registered, and hope I make a good transformation by the end of my ‘transformation’? It originally was gonna be 12 weeks total, with 2 weeks staggered in there for rest weeks for an actual total of 14 weeks. Well, I was hoping to start my chest program next week, but now that cant happen cause the following week Im pretty much gonna be on my bike riding all over florida. And Im TAKING THIS TRIP! So this is a challange. There wont be much working out at that time since I’ll be quite exhausted from the ride.
Daytona beach, St. Petersburg, POSSIBLY ride to Miami, if not, back to daytona beach, or just south of it, then go back to my starting point which is Starke, Florida. 5-6 days of riding. I CANT WAIT!…but at the same time, not much time left for the gym. Maybe I’ll just do some HIIT sprints for 30 min so Im at least doing something…
Anyway, tomorrow Im going back to medium weight. Reps Im gonna try for in the 15-20 for full body workouts, and Im again working out my arms. I think they’re hungry for some iron. Cant wait!
Back to the competition. So, I finished 2 weeks arms, currently 1 week light training, next week is gonna be 4-5 days of heavy training, the following week is maybe HIIT cardio if I can get around to it, then the following week, once I return to good ol’ Cheyenne, I’ll start my 6 week Chest program with one week off somewhere in there cause Im getting my wisdom teeth pulled sometime in march. Following that, I got a 3 1/2 week vacation where Im gonna be riding accross america again in mid to late april so not much will be done there. I dont know, its all just in the air right now. My goal is to have at least 12 weeks in the gym for the competition and Im not counting the weeks where I go and do light weight. 9 weeks total of training as of right now.
Maybe if I wasnt moving around so much I could really hit it hard for the competition, but they dont really care that ya have things to do, or places to go. These are the OTHER challanges people face. Average everyday people. If I could make weight lifting my life, I’d be so happy, but I can’t, so I just strive to stay in the best shape and eat right. What else can ya do?
I’ll catch everyone tomorrow. Got a long day today, long evening, and a long night ahead of me (a going away party for a lot of people…). I guess I can go back to work now….haha!

I probably spelled ’saltene’ wrong, but oh well.
So anyway, I take a new pack to work today. I read the nutrition facts on the back and figured, okay, 5 crackers in between breakfast and 5 crackers in between dinner… Just to stick with the 60 cal per 5 crackers. Hmmm
YOU CANT EAT JUST ONE! Damnit! After 8 I had to put them away, only to pull them back out moments later and eat some more. Then I would try to eat them slow to fill me up faster…nope. I ended up walkin out of my office just to get away from them! Then later after lunch, I figured I can beat these damn crackers at their own game…and sure enough, they won again! I was laughing cause I couldnt stop eating them! I would take a whole 2-3 minutes to eat just one cracker and still craved more. GRRR. damn those crackers! damn those crackers to hell!
By the end of the day, I at about a little over half a new pack. Oh well, I need to take something with me tomorrow that will fill me up better.
In other news, no gym today. No time what so ever. I purposely showed up to work late cause I was going to stay late anyway. Well, I cant even leave my place cause my van is bottomed out in SNOW! Thankfully my neighbor offered me her shovel cause Im guessing the thought me kicking the snow angrily wasn’t doing much to help my situation. I dug myself out, and head to work. First email I get is how the whole damn base is delayed by 2 ****in hours and not to expect anyone till 10. There I am, thinkin, ‘And I made a hard effort to get here at 9? GRRR.
Not a good morning. But I got my chest piece done tonight, and my chest is BURNING! Once again, thank you lidocane.

Okay, I dont learn my lessons cause the same thing happened back in 07, except this time I didnt force myself to throw up to feel better…(haha, almost sounds like Im trying to be anorexic.) Anyway, took my preworkout Smash and then the Xenadrine. And for some reason I just didnt feel right. I went to the gym anyway. Once I got there, I felt bloated and sick. I worked out anyway, light weight again. I kept tryin to burp to get the bloating out, and it seemed to work LITTLE BY LITTLE, but I barely now stopped. 2 hours later, and feel kinda better. The same thing happened back in 07 when I was taking this Thermo-somethingmabobers by GNC. I took it, and felt sick. I wanted to get it out so I made my self throw up…ahhhhh much better. I still remember that. 2 years later, the same thing happens.
So is it the xenadrine, or is it the smash? I dont know, nor do I care, Im still throwing out the xenadrine. Fatburner my ass! The smash, who knows, maybe down the road I’ll stop taking it. So far it hasn’t made me feel sick. Even the smash/xena combo pre workout.
Anybody want the pills? I have over a month n a half’s worth left in the damn bottle. Im just gonna throw the damn thing out.
In other news, I hate snow, I hate wind, and I hate when the wind is blowing so hard that it moves the snow and Im sliding all over the damn place. I also chopped off my finger while I was slicing a tomato. I dont know what it is about me. I’ll never get really good with seasoning food. For example Im cooking rice right now. I just put this type of spices n herbs seasoning till I ‘assumed’ it was enough. Then I had a whole small tomato. Then added some garlic powder, then some miced onions, both till I ‘assumed’ it was good. This is only for 1/4 cup of brown rice. I dont know, Im gonna eat it anyway in the end. haha.

Damnit, I really want to lift heavy again. Have AC/DC rockin my ears pumping me for 220lb squat! Or doing some 80lb pulldowns with ‘live for this’ reminding me why Im doing this. Or jumproping to C’est la Vie and rockin away to the beat…
But no. Im only using just the bar again tonight. Im not really bitchin, but I would like to go back to heavy weights. And if your thinkin, ‘80lbs aint a lot in pulldowns, what a wimp’, Im sorry I can’t lift as much as you Mr. Strongerman. Everyone starts somewhere, some more fortunate than others. This is my level. I dont go to the gym to impress anyone. Trying to impress will get me nowhere…
Okay, enough on that. So I saw the tape measure and figured I’d measure the arms, flexed. 14 in on the line. GRRR. Well, okay, I knew a whole inch wasn’t gonna be mine, but Im hoping for at least another .25 in added on to the 14. Feb 8 is when I was gonna measure them, but Im hittin the weights heavy again next monday. Take this week ‘off’, from using any arm or little arm involment. Then measure again, and take pics on sunday, once I arrive in Florida.
Pics on sunday will include: Arm transformation, if any. What ‘xenadrine RFA-x’ has done for me SO far…(haha). And finally my new tattoo. So, look forward to it, or not, its happening!
Now on my way to the gym for my light workout. Or maybe I’ll just do cardio.

I knew I was gonna go regardless, even though I could really use a break. But I think I did good. High reps with just the barbell.
Started with Overhead BB squats, 20 reps/4 sets. Then using grips so my forearms arn’t being utilized, I did wide-grip deadlifts, 20/4. Then Wide-grip Power Jump Shrugs, 20/4. Ez bar, I did front to overhead raises 12/4. Then Did some supersets. Side to side jump over a small structure 20x followed by 20 crunches, 30 second rest and repeat for a total of 5 sets. Then Box jumps 10x followed by 15 reverse crunches with 30 seconds rest for 5 sets as well. Then 3 sets of decline situps 20 reps, then stick twist for 30 reps 3 sets. And They dont really have a stick to use so I just use the bar you attach to do lat pulldowns. Works just the same…
Anyway, it wasn’t ball busting, except for the supersets, but I wasn’t going all out. I just go to keep going. I’ll do pretty much the same tomorrow, except I’ll maybe do just a normal squat, sumo deadlift, behind the back shrugs, and something to hit the middle deltiod. Then either more ab exercises, or cardio. Who knows. I come up with the workouts as I go.
Can’t stay outta the gym.

I miss the gym. Its only been 2 days too. My arms are STILL sore though.
