What a ****ty day…
Saturday, November 8th, 2008So yes, I drank last night after working out. Thats why I was dragging so much today. But I still went to the gym to do shoulders and traps. Also, I bought AminoShooter to try it out. That made me feel sick the whole time working out. Plus, Im already exhausted, and get bummed out that since I started focusing a lot on shoulders back in april or may, the weight I push/pull has only increased by 5 pounds. It sucks! well, except for shrugs, that has been increasing. So now Im bummed, but continue to work out. I have to keep dropping weight cause front presses and rear presses are getting heavier and heavier. 10lbs on each side. DAMN! Oh well, today was just not a good day at the gym. But I still went, and completed my workout. So I learned that, after a night of drinking, either do some sort of cardio, or maybe abs calves and forearms. I just was not feeling it today at the gym. Im glad I got a great shrug workout with dumbells atleast. 65lbs, which is new to me!
Then to top it off, I get home and attempt to make rice for the 3rd time. At least it wasn’t still hard after cooking it. Well, MOST of it was not hard. But it still sucked. I tried adding cheese, but I still ended up throwing it away. Mmmm, peanut butter and jelly…..
My first attempt, I burnt the rice. HAHA. The second the whole thing was still hard. I’ll get it eventually. Practice practice practice! I’ll try again tomorrow.
