Saturday, February 16th, 2008Okay here’s my first post or (Blog). Worked out hard this week. Woke at 5:00 a.m., on the eliptical by 5:15 for 30 min. Monday thru Friday.
Monday and Thursday: worked Chest and Back / Biceps and Triceps.
Tuesday and Friday: worked Quads and Hamstrings / Shoulders and Calves.
Wed. and Sat.: Cardio and Abs.
I have definately experienced soreness and personally feel change in my body.
Diet went really well and ate clean all week. That’s it for now I should get better at this (posting/Blogging) as time goes on.
