My summer Diet
July 3, 2009Here is what I typically eat on a daily basis. THis is what I’m using to maintain my current conditioning. I will up the calories a bit when it gets cooler outside and wwhen its time to gain mass…However right now this is what I typically stick to 6 days per week{Mon-Sat}…Sun I will allow myself to cheat a bit.
Meal-1-2 scoops eggwhite protein, 1/2 cup oats
Meal-2-{PWO}2 scoops WPI, 1/2 cups oats
Meal-3-8oz 93% Lean Turkey, 1 serving Brown Rice, 2 cups Broccoli
Meal-4-8oz Chicken Breast, 1 cup Black Beans,1 cup salsa,2 cups Broccoli
Meal-5-2 scoops Eggwhite Protein,1 medium Apple
Meal-6-8oz Chicken, 1cup Brown Rice, Brocolli
Meal-7-2 scoops Eggwhite protein, 4 Pieces 100% Whole Wheat Bread, 2 Tbsp All Natural Peanut Butter, 2 Tbsp Sugar free Jelly.
Thats it…Will stick with the same "base" when I "bulk" Just will add a little bit more carbs in.
