Pain! This is what makes us all brothers and sisters. What kind of pain? Well there’s lots of pain. Hinting your knee, smashing a finger, getting a cut, having a broken bone, or hitting your head. But that’s not the pain I’m talking about. The pain I’m talking about comes from inside. The WANT is the pain we all share. Were all are here for the same reason, to stay healthy and look and feel the best we can. We do this through pain. I know you don’t get it. Let me explain, what drives you to push that one more rep? WANT! Now in doing so it is caused or causes pain! The slow burn you feel when you lift or push that bar, run that mile. It’s in your muscles, in your hands, inside you. How is want created? Through fear, or pressure, or love. Fear of that bully who just won’t leaves you alone. Why? You didn’t do anything to them, but they just won’t stop until you POP! Pressure, pressure form your friends or classmates. Pressure from your family, the parent that wants the best for you but doesn’t know how to show it, so the push you hard. Every one thinking if they keep pushing you that you’ll do it. Never mind it feels like suffocation. Last but not lest Love. Love has two roads all by its self. Good and bad. The good is your push to stay healthy and fit so that special someone can spend years of love with you. Holding each other in happiness instead of sad. The bad. This pain aces them all. You think you found that special someone, you feel like your floating. Then they leave you. Right at you’re highest so the fall is long and painful. The ex comes back, or they thought they herd something and said to many bad things, or just no reason at all. So what do you do? You WANT. You want the pain to stop so you cause pain to stop pain. You run that extra mile, or push that extra rep, until you muscle throb and you can fell you heart beat in every strand. Why? Because that pain feels good. That pain is the pain we share. It starts with one of three, or if your that poor unfortunate soul like me, all three. But if it weren’t for though pains, which create the one pain, we would be just like every one else. But were not, WE ARE BROTHERS AND SISTERS and we stand together. So give me a shout and tell me what you think. Do you share my pain?
