Week 5
Sunday, March 9th, 2008Week 5 down and out. I feel awsome, back is looking alot better than erlier this week. One week left then progress pics go up. All ready thinking about the new programe after the sixth week. Mass gain. 20 lb in 20 days. If I folow it right it should work. After week six every day that I train I will take a pic of that muscle group. One week left thats it
