Next six weeks with Jay :O)

I am working with Jay again…he is AWESOME. I had a few setbacks with sickness and work but still made some progress…he is very knowledgable and is great at what he does…just look at gymrat0226…and me…:o).
I start the enw diet tomorrow and new training routine…I actually did  the new back/bi/abd routine tonight because it was the workout I was to do….it is challenging and rocks.
I am so excited to see what the next 6 weeks brings…dedication…discipline…motivatio
n adn desire plus a wonderful trainer…JAY…..and success is the result…..
I cannot wait to get rocking….
BTW…doing cardio on a new treadmill….goes to 30% incline!!! I do interval and have gotten up to 20% and I AM SO SORE in the hams, and quds and some calves…..YEA Jay!!!

This 5th week has sucked…..I have only been able to get in two cardio and one weight training sessions. Worked 22 hours in a row, totally screwed up my eating and sleeping and now…I am sick with a virus. Got up this morning with the room spinning, was sitting down and felt like I was going to pass out, became diaphoretic and had to lay in the floor….dang mess!!!!
I got up at 5:00 am to do cardio…I joined a gym closer just for that reason, to get there and back and still make it to work on time, then I have worked late hours, I have been doing a lot of call and not getting out of there until 900pm or later and not been able to get to they gym.
Hopefully I will be back on track this week. I hope to feel better tomorrow, I cannot eat so I am drinking protein drinks and trying to get in my carbs and fat.
I cannot wait to hit the gym……I will take pics tomorrow, if I can stand without passing out,  but fear I will look soft and nasty…..:o(

ON MY WAY

After I saw the amazing transformation of Gymrat, I decided to get serious. I hired Jay Taylor, the trainer she used the last 12 days before her competition. Due to his guidance and her hard work, she looked amazing!

I started my diet Sunday, Dec. 7, and by Tues., I felt absolutely weird…low energy by 1300, chills, dizzy; it was worse on Wed. Thurs. I felt a little better…..today I back to normal. I was not able to weight train until yesterday….so I had to do legs in the am and chest, shoulders, and triceps in the pm. The cardio he has me doing is TUFF….but I love it. I have already lost from 142.6 to 137.8, my body fat percentage went up 1%, I lost 1/2 pound of body fat.

My schedule is hectic so my ability to workout varies…I have been getting up at 4:30 am to do my cardio and then go into work until at least 4:30 pm….and then I am on call so I have no idea if I can get to weight training. I am determined to improve my look…add definition to my shoulders, lift my rear, tighten the legs, broaden my back and increase the definition in my hamstrings and quads.

I am so excited…..I love a challenge and it is so much easier when someone tells me what to do. I want to take pictures weekly to chart my progress. I am sooooooooooo excited……

Still down with the flu

I am getting so disappointed…this stuff is not letting up and I feel like I am getting bigger by the sec.
I want to do a figure competition…but I have no idea how to or where to start.
Anyone that can help me get there????

Weight is up….and I am starting on my journey to perfection. I so despise feeling like this….but today is a new day and with these new products I am using I am excited about how quickly I can turn this around.

Bummer

This year this season has not been great forme…I have not been strict on my diet so tomorrow…the 23rd of Dec., I get back on it.
I look forward to a new tighter, firmer, more muscualr body!!!
This year is gonna rock!!

Training

Training is going great…the NO2 and creatine are giving me a great pump. The physical sciences protein powder is freaking amazing.
I am a little frustrated…..my weight is going down and my body fat (according to the hand held device) is going up. I looked soft yesterday but look tighter today. I started the diet Sat., Dec. 1, so I may just be way impatient…LOL. I will take pics probably on Thurs….my day off…..I work Fri. thru Sun., or maybe wait and do it Sat. morning…..
My diet is a challenge….getting in the calories I need to burn fat and eating every 2 1/2 hours….I have a new love for tilapia…..
