Today
I had cases all day…did not get home until 8:00 pm….made myself go to the gym and wooooaaaaa…what a workout Jay has designed for me. I thought I had been working out hard on my own…HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA….NOT!
I am a wupped puppy.
My toes started cramping on one exercise….hate that….it is bad enough to be in pain from working out without the added muscle cramps…and…in my feet?????????? Geezzzz….
I barely completed my workout before the gym closed….I was the last one to leave but I "Got er done".
I will be glad when I get stronger so I do not webble wobble when I try to do single leg squats…..:o(

Wow….single leg squats….you aren’t messing around! And you know it’s good when your toes cramp! AWESOME job!
