Day 3 on the diet….
This is day three of strict eating….I love it so far… LOL. I have been taking in a gallon and one half of water (at least) a day….what a difference it makes when you are well hydrated!!!
I have been doing my own training routines based on what Jay taught me. Sun. and Monday I stepped it up a notch…really concentrating and holding the contraction at the peak….also tried working to failure and then doing partial reps to failure then just holding the contraction as long as I can. THEN>>>>>tonight…I started my new routine designed by Jay….I was already sore, especially my abds and tris…now…wow, he stepped it up to a whole new level…One word…OUCH….I love it and I am exhausted…….He is really amazingly talented when it comes to all this stuff!!!!
