What an awesome job she has done!!!!So…I want to compete in November, get this fat OFF, and be a long, lean, muscle machine..LOL. JAY>>>I need you!!!! He is awesome and I pray he will work with and train me so I can at least not embarrass myself on stage.
OK…my weight is up. My workouts are ok. My diet sucks. So, goal this week….stick to diet. Train hard…keep track of food, water and workouts and hope you guys will help hold me accountable…
Performed my cardio this am…treadmill/stair mill/arch trainer…then push ups and stretched. Total time 115 mins…calories burned: 612…35% were fat. This evening….hams and glutes……:o)
