Set backs….:o(
This 5th week has sucked…..I have only been able to get in two cardio and one weight training sessions. Worked 22 hours in a row, totally screwed up my eating and sleeping and now…I am sick with a virus. Got up ythis morning with the room spinning, was sitting down and felt like I was going to pass out, became diaphoretic and had to lay in the floor….dang mess!!!!
I got up at 5:00 am to do cardio…I joined a gym closer just for that reason, to get there and back and still make it to work on time, then I have worked late hours, I have been doing a lot of call and not getting out of there until 900pm or later and not been able to get to they gym.
Hopefully I will be back on track this week. I hope to feel better tomorrow, I cannot eat so I am drinking protein drinks and trying to get in my carbs and fat.
I cannot wait to hit the gym……I will take pics tomorrow, if I can stand without passing out, but fear I will look soft and nasty…..:o(
