Set backs….:o(
This 5th week has sucked…..I have only been able to get in two cardio and one weight training sessions. Worked 22 hours in a row, totally screwed up my eating and sleeping and now…I am sick with a virus. Got up this morning with the room spinning, was sitting down and felt like I was going to pass out, became diaphoretic and had to lay in the floor….dang mess!!!!
I got up at 5:00 am to do cardio…I joined a gym closer just for that reason, to get there and back and still make it to work on time, then I have worked late hours, I have been doing a lot of call and not getting out of there until 900pm or later and not been able to get to they gym.
Hopefully I will be back on track this week. I hope to feel better tomorrow, I cannot eat so I am drinking protein drinks and trying to get in my carbs and fat.
I cannot wait to hit the gym……I will take pics tomorrow, if I can stand without passing out, but fear I will look soft and nasty…..:o(

I understand your frustration. I’m a locomotive engineer on an electronic leash, but you are so motivating. Seriously its people like you that make me think that I can regain and surpass my previous condition. Plus you must be pleased with knowing that you are making all those younger guys bite their lip and those younger ladies talking about you out of jelously. lol
