ON MY WAY
After I saw the amazing transformation of Gymrat, I decided to get serious. I hired Jay Taylor, the trainer she used the last 12 days before her competition. Due to his guidance and her hard work, she looked amazing!
I started my diet Sunday, Dec. 7, and by Tues., I felt absolutely weird…low energy by 1300, chills, dizzy; it was worse on Wed. Thurs. I felt a little better…..today I back to normal. I was not able to weight train until yesterday….so I had to do legs in the am and chest, shoulders, and triceps in the pm. The cardio he has me doing is TUFF….but I love it. I have already lost from 142.6 to 137.8, my body fat percentage went up 1%, I lost 1/2 pound of body fat.
My schedule is hectic so my ability to workout varies…I have been getting up at 4:30 am to do my cardio and then go into work until at least 4:30 pm….and then I am on call so I have no idea if I can get to weight training. I am determined to improve my look…add definition to my shoulders, lift my rear, tighten the legs, broaden my back and increase the definition in my hamstrings and quads.
I am so excited…..I love a challenge and it is so much easier when someone tells me what to do. I want to take pictures weekly to chart my progress. I am sooooooooooo excited……
