Training is going great…the NO2 and creatine are giving me a great pump. The physical sciences protein powder is freaking amazing.
I am a little frustrated…..my weight is going down and my body fat (according to the hand held device) is going up. I looked soft yesterday but look tighter today. I started the diet Sat., Dec. 1, so I may just be way impatient…LOL. I will take pics probably on Thurs….my day off…..I work Fri. thru Sun., or maybe wait and do it Sat. morning…..
My diet is a challenge….getting in the calories I need to burn fat and eating every 2 1/2 hours….I have a new love for tilapia…..
