So today was the worst lift ever. This allowed me to finally realize what I have been doing wrong for SO LONG. For the first time ever I realized the difference in just going to the gym to lift and going to the gym to TRAIN. I really need to start turning on bitch mode when I walk thru the gym doors to create in my mind, the highest form of intensity that will allow me to get the most out of my workout. No more lifting just to lift or go thru the motions, it’s time to TRAIN! From here on out, lots of things are going to change for me!

I had one of the best lifts I have really ever had. Leg workout with PURE intensity and hardwork.
