Dear Body Blog, (4)

Today I am more motivated than ever to get my butt in the gym and transform my body. Yesterday I had such a fantastic workout! After much trial and error I have finally found a workout program that works with my schedule. I am trying to get to the gym four to five times a week. I am getting more comfortable with weight training and I am loving the feeling of pushing myself harder and harder everyday.

This is myworkout plan thus far:

Sunday: Rest/ Cardio
Monday:Biceps/Back/Abs
Tuesday:Glutes/Hamstrings/Calves
Wednesday:Cardio
Thursday:Chest/Triceps/Abs
Friday:Cardio
Saturday:Glutes/Quads/Calves/Abs

If anyone has any suggestions or advice that would be great!!

Personally I’d do two days on the abs, just like other muscles they need time to recover. I started out doing cardio and abs daily and someone I want to look like gave me the advice to do twice a week, or even dedicate a full day to them, to avoid overtraining them. Overall the splits look excellent, looks like a lot of thought went into it. I’m happy that you’ve put so much thought into it, that leads to a practical gaurantee of success. Next step is to make it not even an option to miss the gym. For me personally that was my biggest accomplishment. After that, tweaking the diet, and then it’s a lifestyle, and way too hard to change once it’s become a lifestyle. (Sounds easy on paper hugh?)

Anyway, have a great holiday. Everything looks fantastic.
