This semester of Nursing school has really busted my butt! With classes, clinicals, and work it seems almost impossible to make it to the gym on a regular basis. I have only been working out twice a week and I am not making any progress. I have really been strict on my diet because I haven’t been excercising as much. I just don’t know how to properly manage my time. I am only getting to the gym twice a week and I feel like crap. Any suggestions?????

I am so frustrated. I have been trying not to weigh myself as often because it is easy for me to get obbsessive over my weight. So, today I weighed myself and I am still 159 pounds. I have completely changed my workouts I am eatting sooo much better, I just do not understand why I am not losing weight.
Well, all I can do is keep working hard and maybe I will have better results next week… Hopefully!!

Today I am more motivated than ever to get my butt in the gym and transform my body. Yesterday I had such a fantastic workout! After much trial and error I have finally found a workout program that works with my schedule. I am trying to get to the gym four to five times a week. I am getting more comfortable with weight training and I am loving the feeling of pushing myself harder and harder everyday.
This is myworkout plan thus far:
Sunday: Rest/ Cardio
Monday:Biceps/Back/Abs
Tuesday:Glutes/Hamstrings/Calves
Wednesday:Cardio
Thursday:Chest/Triceps/Abs
Friday:Cardio
Saturday:Glutes/Quads/Calves/Abs
If anyone has any suggestions or advice that would be great!!

It has only been a week or two since I have really gotten serious about working out and eatting right, but today I hoped on the scale only to see that I have gained two pounds. The numbers read back to me 159. That is the most that I have ever weighed. It is so discouraging to me. I am working so hard, and I know I shouldn’t expect so much so soon, but to see some results would be so much more motivating. It makes me feel like I am not working hard enough. Despite the fact that I am discouraged I am going to let this motivate me more. I am going to stay on track with my workouts and eatting right. I really want to transform my body and my life. Yes, this is a bump in the road for me, but I will be succssesful!

My training today went very well. I didn’t have enough time to put my workout all together so I woke up early this morning to do weight and then I did cardio later on in the evening. That really worked well for me. However, I am definantly running into some problems with my diet. There are so many times during the day when it seems impossible to eat right. Especially when I am with my boyfriend, friends, or family. There are so many bad food choices that surround me and when I am not eatting in my own home where I cook the food I am at a loss of what to eat. This is something that I really need to overcome because I don’t forsee these problems and temptations going away. Tomorrow I am really going to strive to eat clean food. I’m just going to take this day by day.

I am constantly making goals for myself attempting to get into shape. It is a rollar coaster ride everytime. I start to see results then I start to slack off. Sometimes it seems impossible to manage workouts along with school, work, and a social life. Now I am determined to meet my fitness goals. I know that in order to accomplish my goals I will have to make sacrifices and I know that sometimes it will be really hard to manage my time. But I also know that I can do it!
