Continuous sickness
Everything is at a standstill at the moment. Nutrition is trashy and workouts are scarce. I was on a roll. I was so focused on my training that I even scared myself sometimes….and I was achieving great results. For the first time, in a long time, I was on the road to success (I could even see my upper abs!!!!). Then a few weeks ago I came down with the ’swine flu’. It was awful. It absolutely flattened me and sucked the life out of me. I now have post-viral fatigue from the swine flu. So I still don’t have any energy. I find this really frustrating as I am usually a person that is continually on the go and busy. And to top that all off, I had an ultra-sound done on my shoulder today (ongoing pain issue happening…….like 3 months worth) and have been diagnosed with ‘bursitis’ and the doc has said to lay off all of the weights so my shoulder can heal. AAARRRGGHHH!!!!!! What is a girl to do?????????
