Its been about 8 weeks since starting the CHA diet. I have lost about 20 pounds. I started out at 204 ish and am now at 186 in the morning. Granted this weight was several days after a cheal meal, so I imagine I actually weigh a little more. As you can see from my picture I have a decent amount of weight to loose. I would like to diet till I reach single digit bodyfat levels, then slowly but surely clean bulk using the principals of the CHA diet. Hopefully I reach my dieting goals by October 16 of this year, my 20th birthday.
