Lunchbox1989

"Get up to 205 ish by end of febuary, then cut down March, April, as well as May. Hopefully loose 10-15 pounds really slow; I dont wanna cut more than 400ish calories of maintenence. I hope to be able to maintain as much muscle mass as possible"
