Daily supplement routine (for now)
Tuesday, January 16th, 2007Supplements can get expensive, and I wish I could have my trusty stack still. Right now I’m just surviving on the basics, I have the 10 lbs box of Dymatize Whey Elite, and the 1 kg tub of Prolab Glutamine. I’ve been taking 5 g glutamine in the morning w/ my Lipton Green Tea To Go (pretty good considering I hate tea and/or coffee, I like the fake things like Nestea n that kinda stuff) plus my friend bought a tub of Progressive VegeGreens, which he tried once and then gave it to me, cuz it is TERRIBLE. So I take it in the morning with breakfast too (holding my nose and chugging it so I don’t taste it). Then I proceed to eat breakfast. At the end of breakfast, I take a multivitamin, fish oil pill, and glucoseamine.
Later in the day, I have one scoop of Elite before workout with some whole wheat food (bread or begal), then post workout, I have 2 scoops of Elite and some fast carbs (white bread, sometimes with honey).
And that’s about it for my supplement routine for the last couple weeks. I miss my typical stack of supplements, which normally consists of: BSN Nitrix, BSN NO-Xplode Lemon Lime, BSN Cellmass Arctic Berry, Elite and/or a weight gainer sometimes (Cyto Gainer is the best), and my usual vitamins etc… But I’m kinda broke right now, tryin to find a part time job that will fit my busy university schedule, so I can buy another stack of supplements before bulking season is over.
