Once again I was dissappointed to find that my order from BB.com has not yet arrived
now I have to wait until monday to see IF it will come. That was one factor that kept me from attempting a new 1RM deadlift, but the main reason I didn’t is because my legs are still not at 100%. Anyways, everything was basically the same, still felt good, so here it is:
