I just finished shoulder workout about 20 minutes ago, and my shoulders still feel pumped nicely. If I needed one saying to describe today’s workout, it would have to be DROP SETS. I find drop sets work best for shoulders, and today I put them to the test. Nothing other than the rep scheme is new so these are the numbers:
