Damn Scale!
Monday, April 9th, 2007I know I’m one of the few females who are actually trying to gain weight, but damnit I’m getting tired of eating! I only ate around 2200 calories (with around 180 grams of protein) for the last 3 days. But the week and a half before that, I was at 2600-2950 calories, and 225-254 grams of protein. I weighed myself today after staying off the scale for 2 weeks. The freakin thing still said 133 lbs!! I think my intestines are getting tired of trying to process all this $hit:) I’m trying to console myself with the possibility that maybe I’m losing some of the fat and gaining muscle…but it’s getting old… I want to get up to around 140 lbs, with around 15% bodyfat on the bod-pod. Why does it seem so hard to gain weight when I’m doing it the right way??? Yes, I’m whining, I know!
