Tomorro is the start of a new week. Week 4 for me and my new lifestyle. I feel alot better than when I started. My skin is loose. The progress pics don’t show alot. But I can feel the difference. I wore a pair of pants that used to be tight on me and I should have had a belt on. My legs are getting tight from the eliptical. I feel stronger also. I have had a bit of restlessness this weekend. I can’t work out more than an hour to hour and a half a day for fear of becoming burnt out. Having as much time off as I did sucks when it’s 20 below zero. I can’t wait for spring so I can show off!

It’s only tuesday. I dropped twice as much today as I did any other day! I hope I can continue to see big changes.
Thanks for all my new friends and thier kind words of motivation. For anyone else add me to your list! Everyone keep striving for the top! Only you know how beautiful you are! So go ahead and show the rest of us!

I started taking Hydroxycut Hardcore on the 5th of January. I have only taken 5 pills and I can already see the difference. My skin is loosening up and I have lost like 2 lbs in 3 days. I have been working out pretty hard also, kinda trying to make up for last week. Today I didn’t lift but I did do a 30 minute Weight Loss on the bike. My chest is sore and so is my back. I thought it would be a good idea to rest a little and let my muscles rebuild themselves. Ive also been drinking about 90 to 100 ounces of water a day. This is what is required for the Hydroxycut. I am on my way!

I had to go out of town for work this week. So needless to say my workout routine isn’t taking off like it should.
I came home last night so this morning I rode the eliptical bike. I did a 20 minute aerobic workout. Later today I will do my weights and another aerobic.

Today I worked out again. I had to take a day off ’cause my body was tired. Imagine that! I did a good workout of my chest, back and abs. My arms got a bit also.
I then rode the eliptical bike for wieght loss program #2. 30 minutes long, increasing intensity from 3 to 10, decreasing to 3 changing every 2 minutes. I burned a total of 604 calories on the bike.

I have started working out again. It’s been a long time since I last done so. I have not been very motivated about doing so in the past. For christmas my wife bought me a Bowflex Blaze. So I got her a Norditrac Audiotrac eliptical machine.
I am calling the Norditrac a bike for simplistic reasons. I rode the bike for 20 minutes and did a full body workout routine on the Blaze yesterday. I feel good. No soreness!
