			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>While I&#8217;m bulking, I figured I&#8217;d them a shot.  The increases I&#8217;ve seen have been pretty dramatic, but with a little bit of a price.  They work well, but are kind of a double edged sword.  My lifts have gone up pretty fast, but likewise, so has my weight.  Which isn&#8217;t bad, but it seems like it could be a little bit of bloat along with whatever muscle I may be putting on.  I enjoy the challenge of putting on mass, cutting off fat after the bulk up.  So I have 6 good months left to bulk, and I&#8217;m already up 10 lbs, just gotta keep eating like a monster and putting up the weight.
