					<description>This has been starting to affect my husband as well. One thing I would recommend is to ensure you are tracking your knees properly during the exercises and while you are at work. This would be the most likely culprit of your pain as your quads and hamstrings should be getting stronger and supporting the knees more effectively the further into the program you go. However, if you are allowing the knees to extend past the toes and not making sure you are going to a 90* angle during squats and lunges, your knees will suffer. A round of motrin for a week or so couldn't hurt to help bring the pain under control as you are continuing the exercises. Keep in mind you can always make the high impact moves low impact by following the modified moves they demonstrate.
