Hey everyone
So right now i’m about 8-9 weeks out from the competition.
I am leaning up sooooooooooo fast it’s unreal.
I have put all my calories up - which I do find difficult but I am forcing myself to eat the extra food because I need to keep myself looking full. Don’t wanna be a skinny mini on stage haha
So far i’m quite happy with the way i’m looking.. everything is coming into place. Just need to keep my calories up!
I must admit though, today has been the first day that i’ve felt a bit rubbish
my legs are aching so badly and I haven’t yet trained them this week. My legs just want to give up.. I have led out on the sofa tonight so give them a rest, they feel so heavy.
I had some figure competitors come and visit me this last week which has been real nice! lots of my competition friends are all getting into shape at the same time. It’s great to see, and very motivating.
Gosh anyway, this isn’t the most inspiring of posts.. but just wanted to keep you all updated. I know I previewed a couple of pictures of how i’m looking, and thanks for the feedback everyone xxxxx
