Monday is Day 1
Well Monday is day 1 of my new life…damn its gonna be hard… no smoking, no bad foods, and woking out… but its ok cause I want the end result so bad… I deserve a good body, but I gotta work for it..so I am going to work out 6 days a week with weights, running, and ab work, I will be running ou side and using the stepper machine while in the gym for warm up and cool down…. Plus free weights, cables and machines. I will be changing my diet with only drinking water and healthy juice, and diet soda…

sup louis its tee-dub-ya man. I used to smoke and dip a can a day but ur definately going to make the quitting process easier by working out because sweating is going to make u drink water and water helps flush nicotine out. Throw all smokes away and stay away from events and people that motivate u to smoke (friends)… also don’t drink for at least 3 months after you quit. If you need any help I’m here bro

if u dont mind me asking what kind do you smoke? Once u get 2 no cigs your breathing will improve within 8hrs and your heart will return to normal after a year. just 2 let u know some ppl put on weight when they stop so just watch what u eat and bust ass in the gym. I cant seem to put weight on, took measurements and the only thing that went up on me is my neck, calves, and hips
