Saturday, May 31st, 2008Well, I have hit my target weight, but I still want more muscle. I would like to maintain this weight, but shift the fat/muscle ratio. I have started to run and bike more often, but I am also losing it slowly, as I still have more muscle to build. I can also feel the thyroid regulators/ fat burners working in conjunction with my cardio. I can feel everything tightening up and the pounds are gonna start falling off soon.
