Being lean VS being bulky.

What’s up readers!

The name’s Loochi for those of you who don’t know who I am.

I decided to start up a blog due to some things I’ve been thinking about a lot lately. One of the main issue I started this blog was because quite a few people on these forums have been telling me to ‘bulk up’. They seem to be fed up with this whole ripping regime I’ve been doing. In my honest opinion, I don’t really see why people have a problem with others having a low body fat percentage. Is it jealousy? Is it the fact that it’s harder than bulking? (restricted food limit) Not sure. I mean, what the hell is the point of going around telling others that you have 16.5 inch arms or whatever body part you’re mostly proud of if it’s covered in fat? In my honest opinion most people on these forums have just as small arms as I do or even smaller! Some like to think they are huge but then again guys.. Come on? 20%+ body fat with 16.5 inch arms? Imagine what it would look like if you cut down to the single digit numbers.

The real reason why I’m taking this ‘cut’ TOO far is because I want to prove to my self that my gains that I have made are not all fat.. I didn’t want to be 176lbs with fake stats like 16 inch arms which I thought impressive until now I realise that I have 15.5 or so. (This is how I see it anyway). I’d rather be low LBS then start clean bulking to get good results with minimal fat gain (try that is lol). At the moment I’m happy with being cut. So thanks for your "start bulking up bro." private messages. I appreciate it but…….. Jus’ not now =) Next year on January first. Fresh start to the year. For now get as low as possible and maintain.

Trust me when I tell you I’ll bring the poundage next year.

Until next time man. Keep up the great training guys! (CLEAN BULK MAN!!!)

Loochi, I think what makes one feel good is just that, one feel good in the way one looks. If you look around you will see thick people, thin people, ripped people, and there is one. I think I will like to look like, the way I look now; this is my body, when there is a competition and I’m training I will loose weight and get more defined because the long distance running regime is very hard, or when there is a competition I will like to participate in Karate (open) boy I train like I want to break a bone, (someone’s else bone that is) but, I don’t pay heed to those who tell me what to do and how to do it, or what should I do with my body (stay away). Just a thought.
You have done an incredible transformation, that alone is more than enough, train hard as you have, results are at sight, congratulations.

Totally on point Loochi! Haven’t noticed this post of yours before, but bodybuilding is about being healthy and there is not much healthy about being up over 20% in body fat. Continue to be relentless … it is working.
