F@CK Yeah! I did it - a new PB for me! Woo! Hoo!
Well I failed miserably last time when I went for 110 Bb curls and squeeked out 1 set of very sloppy 3, maybe 4 reps I don’t even remember for sure I was so disapointed at my weak attempt. But yesterday I did not 1, but 4 sets of 8! That’s right buddy 4X8X110# barbell curls! F@ck Yeah! Hahaha! It was a kick ass bicept workout. This morning I am going to met ready2getripped from Seattle and we are going to do chest and tris. Should be fun meeting him and working out togeather. I am on vacation all freaking week! Later my friends!
