Revised My Diet
Monday, February 26th, 2007I took a LongnHard
look at my diet and upped the calories by about 300 a day. A big part of that was adding some fat. Even though I do supplement with Udo’s I wasn’t getting anywhere near enough fat, so that should help. I switched to 2% milk and I am eating some egg yokes as well. Hungry or not, there will be NO skipping meals this week. I was so pissed off about losing weight that when I went to the gym yesterday morning I lifted heavier then I have ever before. Today was legs and I could hardly walk down the stairs to leave and I felt like I could puke so I guess today was a good workout too! I WILL gain weight this week! And I WILL reach my goal of 180 by April 1!
