Revised My Diet

I took a LongnHard :) look at my diet and upped the calories by about 300 a day. A big part of that was adding some fat. Even though I do supplement with Udo’s I wasn’t getting anywhere near enough fat, so that should help. I switched to 2% milk and I am eating some egg yokes as well. Hungry or not, there will be NO skipping meals this week. I was so pissed off about losing weight that when I went to the gym yesterday morning I lifted heavier then I have ever before. Today was legs and I could hardly walk down the stairs to leave and I felt like I could puke so I guess today was a good workout too! I WILL gain weight this week! And I WILL reach my goal of 180 by April 1!

I Freaken Lost Weight This Week!

Damn that pisses me off!  It’s depressing.  It seems like all I freaken do is eat!  I will have to take a good hard look at my diet to see where I am going wrong.  (OK, I missed a couple meks this week)  I only have 4 more weeks to reach my goal and I will need to gain 2 pounds a week to hit, so I have no time to fool around.  F-it!  I am off to the gym!

The gym opened 1/2 hour late today!

I didn’t even have any coffee so I could get there when they opened and had to sit aroudn for 1/2 waiting for someone to open the door - that sucked!  I could have had coffee!  I got over it and hit my chest hard: 4 X 10-12 brench press, incline bench press, flys, cable flys, incline press machine and pec deck.  Then hit the tricepts: same counts, tri press, pull downs and dips.  Did 4X15 hanging leg lifts and a few sets of 30 on the ab crunch machine.   Hit the sauna for a little bit, showered and headed home to EAT!  Sunday morning is always a sure thing :) so all in all a pretty damn fine day so far!  Tomorrow is a holiday and I am not working so back at the gym when they open at 4:00 am for bicepts and forearms!

All the time in the world on Sundays

I have no time restrictions on Sundays so as usual I hit the gym Sunday when they opened at 7:00 am.  I gave my chest a really good work out and then did the same on my Tris.  In fact I may have over done it on the Tris as later that morning when I had all my weight on my arms (not hard to figure what that’s about!) my left tricept cramped up on me and man did that hurt!  Got it all under control and it did it again.  Ok, time to lay back and relax.  Those Tris are pretty sore today, but hey, they have 6 days off so I am sure that they will be good to go again by next Sunday.  Ended the work out with a few minutes in a dry sauna - nice!

Only Gained 3 POunds Last Month

I only gained three pounds last month.  There was a period when I was not gaining at all.  In fact I actually lost weight one week.  I figured out that with my previous weight gain and increased level of exercise I was burning more calories and needed to adjust my diet.  I hate to admit it but I think my BF% is going up too.  I am so close to the hairy edge that I called it 9.6% again this week, but I would not be suprised if next week those calipers show 5mm 3 out of 3 times.  I know it is inevitable and I plan to cut it later, but damn I hate to see that!  Off to the gym!
