Week Number 3
Tuesday, December 12th, 2006I lost a pound my first week of really working out. Upped my cals. to 3000+ and gained it back the 2nd. week. Trying to stay around 3200 this week as my goal is to gain weight. Now that I am getting comfortable in the gym and with the equipment I can start lifting a little more weight. My freind who helped me get into this is no longer training as he is fattening up for a 12 week contest next year so I no longer have a training partner but I am committed to working out 5 X/week on my own.
