I just started taking Purple Wrath for some aminos. This stuff is crazy. I feel tingly all over and a total rush. I am interested to see how this will help me with my recovery in the next few weeks. Its weird getting such an emediate response from a supplement. Good luck with training everyone and godbless.

I was up early this morning and i hit up the gym before work. I just got off of work and I feel great so i’m gonna head back to the gym and do some cardio. I want to get my heart rate up more than once a day so I have started splitting my workouts with lifting in the morning and cardio and abs in the afternoon. Hope training is going well for everyone. I did my legs on Friday. This week I did straight leg deadlifts as my main lift. Every week I have been increasing my weight by 5 or 10 lbs. My legs are getting much stronger and bigger. I went to the track today and ran a mile. I then did 8 100 yard sprints, some other agility drills from football and basketball. I was pretty out of breath and I could really feel it in my hamstrings. They never felt weak so I wasn’t worried, they just had that really good burn. It will be real good tonight stretching them out before I go to bed. I hope everyone’s training is going well and God Bless.

I take some with my protein shake after my workouts but I was wondering if I should also take it with the casein protein shake before bed.

So i’m taking the dog to the track today so I can get a workout in and get some sun. Its about 87F outside. Its way nice and I’m excited. Unfortunately I work today. I had to cover a friend’s shift and it’ll be my 6th day in a row. I was looking forward to the rest on the couch because I’m pretty sore. Good luck and Godbless everybody.

Hit the gym good today. Did chest and then did some sprints on 4% incline. It kicked my ass. I totally felt like puking after but that just meant I pushed myself as hard as I wanted too. Ussually that feeling leaves after a minute or so. I satrt my new training on Monday. SteveP is helping me out. I’m very excited.

So i’m sick of this little bit of lower belly fat I have left. The top four abs are showing but I can’t seem to get that last little bit to go away. I only eat slow digesting carbs early in the day. I have a sweet potato with eggwhites for breakfast. Then I have a cup of raw oatmeal in my protein shake before I go to the gym. After the gym the only carbs I ingest are fruit and veggies. I used to only do cardio 3 times per week but i’ve kicked it up to 5 times. Is there anything else I can do or should I just be patient and keep working hard?

I had a great workout today. I felt focused, had great form and a great pump. I am getting more muscle endurance for sure which is great. I felt a little pain in my left knee while I was running so I didn’t do much cardio. Only about a half mile. But I can’t force myself to go through knee pain. Anyway, good stuff today.
