New intensity…

Monday, October 19th, 2009

I missed two weeks because of a really bad cold. It put me out. I’m back at 100% and it feels great. I kicked up the intensity of my workouts to try and make up for lost time. Missing that time made me crave the gym and my focus is accute right now. Its really good stuff when sweat is dripping of my face. Good luck and god bless everybody.

Healthy, finally..

I got a horrible cold last sunday night. I was sick for 8 whole days. I missed work and training for the whole week. I had no appetite and was so weak. Well, I’m finally back. I will train tomorrow for the first time in 10 days! I need to take it easy at first because I know I lost a lot of endurance and strength. Its a minor setback and I can’t wait to make it all up. Wish me luck and health everyone. Godbless everyone.

Goal in sight…..

Things have been great. I have been lifting in the morning and doing cardio(boxing/Sprints) and abs in the afternoon. Countdown to abs is about 2 weeks. I’m very excited and I have about 8 weeks left to get in the best shape of my life before i enter my info(pics,video) for my first spokesmodel contest. Now being in the shape I am now winning would be unexpected because so many are in the shape I want to be in right now but when I compete I try my hardest. So if I don’t win I’ll still set personal bests for fitness. Good luck and god bless everyone.

Ps. I can’t stand Brett Farve, Go NINERS.

Really making gains.

Three weeks of perfect training and eating and the gains I am seeing are fantastic. My strength is increasing every day. I love training and its getting exciting to go to the gym. I hope all is well with everyone’s training, good luck and god bless.

Purple Wrath…

I just started taking Purple Wrath for some aminos. This stuff is crazy. I feel tingly all over and a total rush. I am interested to see how this will help me with my recovery in the next few weeks. Its weird getting such an emediate response from a supplement. Good luck with training everyone and godbless.

Ready for second session today.

I was up early this morning and i hit up the gym before work. I just got off of work and I feel great so i’m gonna head back to the gym and do some cardio. I want to get my heart rate up more than once a day so I have started splitting my workouts with lifting in the morning and cardio and abs in the afternoon. Hope training is going well for everyone. Hammy’s feeling it!

I did my legs on Friday. This week I did straight leg deadlifts as my main lift. Every week I have been increasing my weight by 5 or 10 lbs.  My legs are getting much stronger and bigger.  I went to the track today and ran a mile. I then did 8 100 yard sprints, some other agility drills from football and basketball. I was pretty out of breath and I could really feel it in my hamstrings. They never felt weak so I wasn’t worried, they just had that really good burn. It will be real good tonight stretching them out before I go to bed. I hope everyone’s training is going well and God Bless.
