Sprint, run, rest, thats 1
I’m interval training on my cardio days currently. It feels great. I get that sweat that pours down my face and my heart is racing. I get on the treadmill and run for 1 min at level ten. Then I run for 2 min at 6.5. After that a 1 min rest. I keep repeating this untill I can run no more. I ussually get about 7-8 sets in but I just started this, so my goal is to get up to 10 by the end of the month. Good luck and god bless.

thats Awesome!! Nothing better than that kind of sweat, especially when you know the person next to you has been working out twice as long and not putting nearly half the effort in!
