Cheat meal? No such thing.
Wednesday, November 18th, 2009I cannot have a cheat meal at any time. Many people say that each week you can have one cheat meal so that you don’t go crazy, well I can’t. Every time I have one I feel horrible after. I feel bloated tired and lazy. Now that I am coming real close to accomplishing my goals I am more in tune with my body than ever before. I can feel everything I am puting in my body and I can see differences in body after certain meals(mostly slow-carb containing meals). The farther away I get from cheat meals the less and less I feel I want them anyway. Its been 2 weeks since I had anything "bad". Loving every minute of my training and I wish I could get pay’d to do this. Doing this for a job would make me so happy. I guess I just have to keep working on making that a reality.
