Kicking @$$ right now…

I am doing so good right now it is rediculous! I’m so disciplined on my diet and training that results are coming faster every day. My intensity is at an all time high and I feel like a machine. Its really good stuff to feel like this all the time. Good luck and god bless everybody.

Sprints 2wice today

I hit up the gym this morn ant 7 and did some interval cardio. 1 min at 10 mph, then 2 min at 6.5mph, then rest 1 min and that is one set. I did 6 sets this morn. I went just now and did 7 sets for a little afternoon cardio. Good stuff, good sweat, and I feel leaner everyday. Good luck and god bless everbody.

New intensity…

I missed two weeks because of a really bad cold. It put me out. I’m back at 100% and it feels great. I kicked up the intensity of my workouts to try and make up for lost time. Missing that time made me crave the gym and my focus is accute right now. Its really good stuff when sweat is dripping of my face. Good luck and god bless everybody.

Healthy, finally..

I got a horrible cold last sunday night. I was sick for 8 whole days. I missed work and training for the whole week. I had no appetite and was so weak. Well, I’m finally back. I will train tomorrow for the first time in 10 days! I need to take it easy at first because I know I lost a lot of endurance and strength. Its a minor setback and I can’t wait to make it all up. Wish me luck and health everyone. Godbless everyone.
