Hammy’s feeling it!
I did my legs on Friday. This week I did straight leg deadlifts as my main lift. Every week I have been increasing my weight by 5 or 10 lbs. My legs are getting much stronger and bigger. I went to the track today and ran a mile. I then did 8 100 yard sprints, some other agility drills from football and basketball. I was pretty out of breath and I could really feel it in my hamstrings. They never felt weak so I wasn’t worried, they just had that really good burn. It will be real good tonight stretching them out before I go to bed. I hope everyone’s training is going well and God Bless.
