Lower belly fat!

So i’m sick of this little bit of lower belly fat I have left. The top four abs are showing but I can’t seem to get that last little bit to go away. I only eat slow digesting carbs early in the day. I have a sweet potato with eggwhites for breakfast. Then I have a cup of raw oatmeal in my protein shake before I go to the gym. After the gym the only carbs I ingest are fruit and veggies. I used to only do cardio 3 times per week but i’ve kicked it up to 5 times. Is there anything else I can do or should I just be patient and keep working hard?

    I haven’t heard what exercises you are doing for your lower abs. Cardio and diet are two keys to success, but if you are not working the lower abs specifically then you’re still going to come up short. Hanging leg raises, seem to work the best.

    Unfortunately there is no magic way to lower it. I am in the same boat, but I am dieting, working my stomach, and lots of cardio. It all takes time and normally your stomach is always the last to leave.

    I’d try doing three days a week High Intensity Cardio; I like going to a track to do sprints. And to be honest, you can do this anywhere. Start by jogging for two and a half minutes, then for thirty seconds, sprint as fast as you can; and return to jogging. Repeat this cycle for 6-12 minutes.
    On ‘off days’ I’d just go do your favorite cardio for 25-45 minutes.
