Lower belly fat!
Wednesday, May 6th, 2009So i’m sick of this little bit of lower belly fat I have left. The top four abs are showing but I can’t seem to get that last little bit to go away. I only eat slow digesting carbs early in the day. I have a sweet potato with eggwhites for breakfast. Then I have a cup of raw oatmeal in my protein shake before I go to the gym. After the gym the only carbs I ingest are fruit and veggies. I used to only do cardio 3 times per week but i’ve kicked it up to 5 times. Is there anything else I can do or should I just be patient and keep working hard?
