Sweet sweet potato…
Sweet potatos are the best for energy. I love them. Every day that I have one in the morning I feel like I have great energy in the gym. I am cycling off NOxplode right now so its important for me to have energy while I’m working hard. I did legs today. Squats, deadlifts, lunges, and hamstring curls. Did some bicep curls as well. I really am in diet clean mode right now. I can’t wait for my new schedule to start so i’ll have more time and it will make it easier to plan out my meals. I am also trying to become a certified personal trainer. I just need to save up some $$ Wish me luck everyone. Good luck to all and god bless.
