I have been on a consistant diet now for a while and it rocks! At first I didn’t notice much difference in my appearance. I am doing a little more cardio now and my body is making changes and now they are coming faster than ever. I feel that staying on this current course i will reach my goals. Good luck and god bless everbody.

Sweet potatos are the best for energy. I love them. Every day that I have one in the morning I feel like I have great energy in the gym. I am cycling off NOxplode right now so its important for me to have energy while I’m working hard. I did legs today. Squats, deadlifts, lunges, and hamstring curls. Did some bicep curls as well. I really am in diet clean mode right now. I can’t wait for my new schedule to start so i’ll have more time and it will make it easier to plan out my meals. I am also trying to become a certified personal trainer. I just need to save up some $$ Wish me luck everyone. Good luck to all and god bless.

I don’t want to get into it too much but pretty soon I will have way more time to train and spend time with my wife. It will be great because I currently have really no free time. I work 2 jobs at about 60/hrs per week. I am stoked because sometimes I am really tired and m y training or diet suffers. Not any more. Just about another month or so. Also I wanted to thank everyone who gave me a sweet potato recipe. Thanks. Good luck and godbless everyone.

I need a healthy sweet potato recipe. I’m tired of eating it plain. Any suggestions?

Today I had the best pump of my life. I didn’t do anything different than normal pre workout so I was really surprised. My chest workout was awesome. I’ve never felt my muscles so full. Every exercise I did they just continued to grow. It was really cool. If I could have a pump like this everytime I would love it. The workout was great, I feel great, just one step closer to my goal. Good luck and god bless everybody.

I am on a pretty tight budget right now. I’m working 2 jobs, about 60 hrs/week, and that still only really covers the cost of living for myself and my wife. I have room to add another supplement and I was wondering which one would be best right now. Cellmass or Volumize by BSN. I can only choose one right now although I would like to take both. Fortunately I have a job interview tomorrow for a marketing firm, and if all goes well i’ll be making a lot more omney and working less. This means more time to train and more time to spend with my wife. I’ll have more money to invest in other supplements then(I really want to see what Cellucor has to offer) but as of right now its Cellmass or Volumize. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks and godbless everybody.

Ok, so I have gained 20lbs in 6 weeks. Crazy what a good diet, good supplementaion and a consistant gym routine can do for you. Anyone who says a person that gained that much weight that fast has to be on roids has never tried. I am so happy wwith the weight that I have gained but a little fat also came with it. I’m going to cut for a little while to lean out and then i’ll probably go on a bulking phase again. Good luck and god bless everyone.

My wife and I have lived with a roomate to save money for the last year and a half. In a few days, hopefully less, she’ll have moved out. I am very excited. I will have so much more space, especially in the refridgerater. I want to be more organized and have more cabinet and fridge space will make that easier. My best friend came in to town this week and it was fun but definately took my training a step back. I only see he once a year so we were drinking a lot and eating stuff like pizza. Pair this with not going to the gym I kinda feel like crap but I’ll get it all back. It just takes discipline and I have it in me. I will be monitering my lifting stats, body stats, and diet much more closely in the following 3 months because I have a goal that I’m going to accomplish and doing these things will help me accomplish them. A tan is also in the works because I hate being so pale. It makes me feel gross and when I am tan I just feel like I look more fit. Wish me luck and good training to all. God bless.
